You pick the finish. We handle the rest.
One crew from the first call to the final walkthrough, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
Your estimate
We price it by phone or on-site, with $350 already taken off your total bill. No pressure, no surprise fees.
Your finish
Flake is speckled and textured and hides dirt. Metallic is glossy and swirled, so no two floors look alike.
Install day
We grind, coat and seal in a single visit, then clean up after ourselves.
The walkthrough
We walk the new floor with you. If it ever peels, call and we fix it free, for life.

How does the $350 off work?
Claim it with the form above and it comes off your final price. Installs start at $5.50 per sq ft before the discount.
What’s the difference between flake and metallic?
Flake is speckled, textured, and great at hiding dirt. Metallic is a glossy, swirled finish where no two floors look the same. We bring samples of both.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We can price most garages over the phone, or come out, measure, and leave a written quote. No obligation.
What could change the price?
Size, the finish you pick, and your slab’s condition. Deep oil stains, slab leveling, or major cracks are quoted separately, at the estimate, never on install day.
What does the warranty cover?
Peeling and hot tire pickup, for life, with no expiration date. Whether it’s next month or 20 years from now, if your floor peels or lifts, call us and we come out and fix it for free.
How long does install take?
One day. We install it in a single visit and you’re back on your floor the next morning.
Where do you work?
Across the Charlotte metro, from Lake Norman to Rock Hill. Not sure about your area? Call and ask.
